Ingredients

Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit cubes about 170 g; pink or white
  • ½ frozen banana about 60 g
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt about 113 g; low-fat
  • ¼ cup milk 60 ml; any kind, plus more if needed
Toppings
  • ½ cup blueberries about 74 g
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds 12 g
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds 9 g

Method

  1. Add the milk and yogurt to a blender first, then the frozen dragon fruit and banana.
  2. Blend on low, stopping to scrape down the sides and push the fruit toward the blades, until thick and smooth. Add a splash more milk only if needed.
  3. Spoon into a bowl. The mixture should be thick enough to hold toppings.
  4. Top with blueberries, chia seeds and pumpkin seeds and eat right away.
