In short: we collect as little personal data as possible. We don’t run analytics or advertising trackers, we don’t sell data, and you can contact us at any time to ask what we hold about you.
Who we are
Pure Nutrition Facts (purenutritionfacts.com) is run by B Mishra, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. B Mishra is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect and why
| Data | Why | Legal basis (UK GDPR) | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Server logs: IP address, browser type, page requested, date and time | To keep the site running, secure and protected from attacks | Legitimate interests | A limited period, usually a few weeks, then deleted |
| Emails you send us: your name, email address and message | To reply to you and handle corrections or requests | Legitimate interests | Up to 2 years, or less if you ask us to delete them |
We don’t currently use analytics tools, advertising networks, newsletters or user accounts for visitors. Comments are turned off. If we add any of these, we’ll update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
Cookies
Visitors browsing the site don’t receive tracking or advertising cookies from us. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. Our security and delivery provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from bots and attacks; these don’t track you for advertising.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf:
- Contabo GmbH (Germany): hosts our web server.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): delivers the site securely and blocks malicious traffic. Cloudflare processes visitors’ IP addresses to do this.
- Our email provider: stores emails you send us.
Where data is transferred outside the UK, such as to Cloudflare in the US, it’s protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.
Affiliate links and other websites
Some links take you to retailers such as online shops. When you click one, the retailer may set its own cookies to record that you came from our site, under its own privacy policy. We don’t receive your name, address or payment details from retailers, only anonymous sales reports. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of other websites.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or ask us to restrict how we use it
- ask for your data in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. If you live in the EU, you can contact your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Security
The site uses encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to our systems is protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
